UPDATED 12:52 p.m. BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. - Family and friends remembered Christopher L. Dewey today as a hero. The 27-year-old Mahnomen County deputy sheriff, who was shot 18 months ago, was eulogized during his funeral as a person who was there when people needed him.
